How to Students Can Contact NSFAS Successfully
NSFAS UPDATES – Recently, the National Student Financial Aid Scheme Chairperson confirmed the number of rejected applicants and those who are yet to receive an updated status for their funding application. If you’re part of the cohort of students that applied for funding this year and need clarity on something, here’s how you can reach NSFAS.
NSFAS students have been struggling to reach the Scheme’s call centre. In a tweet, NSFAS explained why applicants have been struggling to receive assistance.
Please note there is a large number of calls and a waiting period to reach our agents on the line.
NSFAS has apologised for the inconvenience on their side and advised students to use its social media platforms to reach them.
Alternatively, students may also visit the NSFAS Walk-In centre, aimed at assisting students who have trouble reaching NSFAS on their social media platforms.
NSFAS has also relocated its Wynberg office to 4 Christiaan Barnard Street in the Cape Town City Centre.
In this student centre, individuals will be assisted on weekdays (Monday-Friday) by consultants at the centre.
